Still no prescription and can't get hold of them what a joke 😒 not happy now I have to do with out please can someone get in touch

I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I have tried emailing and phoning and no reply . Terrible customer service. Took my money quick enough though . I want a refund I am left out of pocket it's a lot of money.

I was very happy with my first order,got free measuring tape and water bottle price was great etc.then after looking online I found it cheaper so cancelled my next order .soon as I cancelled I got an email saying why have I cancelled and sorry to see you go etc.then got a email saying my order had been prescribed even though I’d had no consultation or asked if the meds where ok for me or if I wanted to go up or down on my dose or if I’d got bad side effects and as it goes I’d would have gone up a dose instead of staying on the same dose another month.then got an email saying my order was on the way and would be with me the next day and iv still got a week left and one more jab to go, all this when I’d cancelled my order which it does state you can cancel anytime.i have also tried to get in touch with no avail .im at my wits end as the money as come out of my bank early even though id cancelled my prescription and its a lot of money .im very disappointed with this service and truly hope it can be resolved quickly and easily the reply below is absolute BS.they tried to blame me even though I’d cancelled as they never asked me about if I wanted to be going up a dose or down .PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE there not bothered about your health one bit just your money .im also going to report them to the highest authority STAY AS FAR AWAY FROMTHESE AS POSSIBLE

Really super annoying with customer service Delay in my order for 8 days And i did arrange it before my travel was waiting dispatch When i asked for dispatch they asked for check in again after me chasing them with emails which i did and afterwards delay for 8 days , then i expected a goodwill gesture and nothing I thought i might be the regular delay and to found that i was not equally treated by them snd they did a more than goodwill gesture to couple of my friends with same circumstances and even order received after 6 days I sent them email complaining that i was unequally treated and ignored to have unprofessional and unpleasant way of dealing with me as a customer I felt disappointed, unhappy And said that and they completely ignored me as they don’t care

My order was left in a corridor somewhere. I contacted Levity and still to this date over 10 days from placing my original order i have no product. Keep being told that they cant give me a date of when it will be sent but apparently have escalated it internally with no actual updates except to be told that they recently relocated and had a system update... WHY IS THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ISSUE? I wont be ordering again and i definitely wouldn't recommend the company.

I ordered from ziphealth and they used to use another pharmacy. Now they changed to Levity. I got a smashed box with the contents smashed and warm. Just how you want your semaglutide....not. I called ziphealth and they refused a refund. My worry is that people will take this stuff from this pharmacy when it is shipped so poorly that the box is falling apart and everything is carelessly thrown in inside it. Like I purchased it from some dark alley somewhere. If you are going to give me some canned response like you do everyone else, don't bother.

Wouldn’t recommend them, I was prescribed my jab on a Wednesday, it still wasn’t dispatched until the Monday, I emailed numerous times just saying theyre busy because of Easter two weeks ago .. if you’re that busy and can’t manage the orders you already have then they shouldn’t be taking on new orders, my box arrived this morning with a free water bottle tape measure sharps box needles etc but no jab, all the ice packs etc were in the box but there’s wasn’t a injection inside, I’ve tried calling and nobody answers the phone I’ve emailed and yet to receive a reply, I understand a week isn’t long to wait for a package but people reply on this jab for there weekly dose, other company send next day. Communication isn’t great. Just remember people, cheaper isn’t always better

When I first joined levity all was good, I had 3 months of perfect service. On my 4th pen for 10mg, they approved my prescription on the 4th of April. I cancelled on the 29th due to still not receiving the pen. No other company would prescribe to me as I had been without an injection for over 4 weeks and I have had to start again. My issue is the lack of transparency. Had they told me on the 4th, I would have found another provider and not lost my dosage but they didn't. I had to chase and chase to be told we're having logistical issues and we don't know when it will come. They are ignoring medical guidelines. Go with someone cheaper and more reliable.
