Timely shipments

Communications are good from the company. Shipments are always on time and the notifications are very good. I have had billing issues 2 months in a row, but customer service has responded promptly and fixed the issues. I am still unsure if the program is for me, as I have lingering side effects. Every person is different and my journey will be different from anyone else.

Process is easy enough to get started.

So far so good. Product works! Communication could be better, but I always end up with what I need. Company offers great resources as well.

Punctual and helpful. Orders always are dispensed on time. Clear communication between doctor and pharmacy. I always know when my next dose will arrive.

Levity is the second company I’ve been with on my weight loss medication journey, and they are far and above better than my previous experience. They respond quickly to my questions and concerns, and when one month’s order was incorrect they quickly helped me resolve the issue and assured me I would be taken care of.

Getting started was fairly easy. I just had blood work done by my PCP so I just uploaded that and a full body picture for verification. The medication arrived on a ridiculously hot day but it was still cool inside the box. The only side effect I have experienced is the first two injections I got dry heaves the following morning. No issues since then.

Team is responsive to all questions in a timely manner. Shipping is fast and efficient. Have recommended to family and friends
