I was skeptical at first, so seeing if this was legit. I had tried getting semaglutide the old fashion way - I saw my PCP, she ordered it and the pharmacy/ insurance company denied it. I was looking at paying $1200 out of pocket if I wanted the medication. I even had my PCP write a letter of medical necessity but still not approved. I called the insurance company to ask for alternatives but 4 other meds were also not covered. So, I began the online search and came across an add for levity. I was skeptical at first but decided to try and see. It was an easy set up process and I got my shipment FedEx to me in about 1.5 weeks after I sent in all the required items. It came with instructions and supplies to administer the vaccine. I was thrilled it was legit. No weight loss yet but it's only been a few days. Positive experience so far!

Enrollment was easy and product shipment was fast. Will do my second injection today.

I love the fact that I can call the company's number and get an actual person. The response time for emails was extremely fast. I cant speak in regards to the medication since I just started. One negative comment I will say is, they offer support about the medication and ask you to make an appointment. those appointments are NEVER available so I had to go to YouTube for diet and info.

Levity's service is quick, affordable, and so far effective. My only issues relate to communications. They feel light and surface level only. For instance, I have received only 1 correspondence with dosage instructions that arrived in my first month. I remember the instructions, but cannot for the life of me find them again. What I need to review?

I am just starting no complaints and the process is easy to follow.

I appreciate all of the resources and communications that I have received from Levity. The Help team has responded quickly to the questions I have asked. Injections and dosing have been easy. I would like to see some additional nutrition and meal prep ideas available.

Easy and fast, but I wish I could have more interaction related to dosage

Though the beginning was a rough start- i.e.: long process to get approved and prescribed (but I am thankful they are thorough and have the requirements they do), the program is great and the coaching is a HUGE PLUS! I love my health coach and the ability to get ahold of the healthcare team for answers when having side effects etc. The only real con I've had is not the proper expectation of dosage explained in simplest terms especially when one has never given oneself a shot and needed clarity on how much to dispense each week. I understood the medication and how to give a shot etc., I just never knew the correct dosage to take with a U100 syringe. This led to a first dose Overdose. After that incident everything has been great. The program, getting the meds, updating or changing dosage or subscription etc is all through the website and talking to a health team member. My only suggestion for newcomers, Levity makes sure that dosage is explained thoroughly and checks with patient on dispensing before they give themselves a first dose. I am very thankful for Levity and for them lowering their prices to be more competitive in the market over other companies.
