Levity has been extremely affordable and easy to use! Unfortunately it’s lacking patient education and clear guidelines on what to expect. When medication arrives the only information is the tiny print on the vial! Customers can greatly benefit from having a guidebook with what the dosing looks like for the first 30 days/90days! When they can request an increase and how to properly inject the medications! The website is lacking information and individual pictures appear to be generated by AI and not at all realistic of what everyday Americans are experiencing with weight loss struggles.

Great price, not so great delivery
The pricing for product is great. However the length of time from ordering to receiving product is crazy. Mine took two weeks and seems to be standard per reviews. My husband tried another popular online company for same product, ordered on Friday had on Wednesday. I’m assuming this is mostly on pharmacy as levity approved and sent over my rx pretty quickly.

There's good and bad
I got the medication in a timely manner and directions on how to use it so that's great. However I've tried to set an appointment with one of the clinicians that was a joke. Finally was able to book a couple months out. Also the dashboard is awful and useless.
