Losing consistently and learned to be attentive…
I’ve been consistently losing since my 4th week on semaglutide. While I have noticed the injection site can affect the side effects and amount of loss- for the most part, I have learned to manage the discomfort at this point. I do keep track weekly of my weight ins, how much I injected and the location. This helps me to gauge if spots have been effective- or caused more or less side effects. Either way they are minimal and the increased amounts of hydration & protein usually subside them quickly if nausea does occur. Currently I am down 27 pounds since the beginning of December. While this may seem minimal for the expense & dosing, I am proud of it. I am losing at a healthy rate & making life changes along the way. I hope to start walking soon as I’m not carrying as much weight to aggravate my back issues. Also, I’ve spent so much money over the years on diets, pills, juices, gyms, all with little to no effect, that I find this to be well worth it. I have noticed even got to the “max dosage” yet either. Plus losing slower is healthier for your skin & face :)
