Very quick and easy. Refunds came in a lot sooner than expected. Only nit picky thing I would say is that I didn’t get a notice that my refunds have processed until days after I received the refunds. That’s it however! It was easy. It felt reliable and secure.

Thanks for helping get fees removed. I got 4 overdraft fee refunds after the bank informed me I couldn’t have anymore waived. Definitely recommend!
