Jason was a great help! Being out of work caused me to accumulate some overdraft fees. Jason negotiated with Wells Fargo over the phone and was successful at getting all of my fees reversed!!

Wells Fargo tried to play hardball by only accepting fee negotiation by phone - no written correspondence - but Jason was excellent! Called at the scheduled time, said the right things, and my account was instantly credited the fees owed. Definitely plan to use again!

I have previously had no luck with negotiating overdraft fees with my bank (even explaining that I've been a student, had financial hardship, etc.), and I was blown away at how much Jason was able to get refunded for me!
