Worked really well at first, so i decided to upgrade to the premium which cost like $30. Since then, it hasn’t worked at all and won’t let me do any negotiations, even though it promised unlimited ones. I reached out to customer service 3 times, one time a week, and never heard anything back for 3 weeks. Finally got an email back weeks later asking me to detail my problems, which I already did in my original emails but did it again. Once again I didn’t hear anything back for weeks and when I finally did they just told me the the capabilities of premiun but didn’t offer me any solutions for it not working. I asked for a refund since I was paying for nothing and was told (again weeks later) that no refund could be offered even though I was paying for nothing. DO NOT sign up for premium it is a scam and their customer service is extremely slow / non responsive and unhelpful.

They did nothing to help you get your money back except one auto-generated messages. No custom service at all, no phone, no online chat, if you send them a message, no response at all. You even could not find a button to cancel your membership in their website. Don't know how they get this high rate, but don't trust them, it's just a waste of money.

Unfortunately, the other reviews are right, this company is a complete scam. I signed up for premium and spent the $35 on November 13, 2021 hoping I could get some help with my bank fees so that I could end my relationship with the bank I was using and hopefully recover some of the fees that were already taken from me. I was really excited about this service and hopeful that the positive reviews were more in line with the experience I would receive. I thought if this were true this is an amazing idea and can really help people. I’d gladly pay the $35. However I got the same treatment as many others. I waited the 60-day period, and then some, and with no word from them, in February I asked about the progress. They replied it would still take more time. So I waited more, and now it has been well over 90 business days (I counted to make sure), and still nothing. The other reviews are right—you can only contact them via their website. There is no phone customer service and you cannot send a direct email. Any correspondence is completely on their terms and virtual. I’m well versed in scam company red flags and this is a big one, I should have caught on to that from there. I used this service because I really needed the money. I was hoping for some help during hard times but I just got scammed out of, ironically enough, the exact same amount as an overdraft fee. Harvest knows that those are the types of customers attracted to their fake “service” and I found it very gross that they take advantage of people in that way. Believe the reviews on this one, this is very much a scam and a massive disappointment.

It’s been months and no response. I’ve sent a dozen emails. There’s no CS number. So pushy with the $34 annual membership. They're breaking their promise of paying only if a refund/saving is successful. Billshark got me significant savings on Spectrum internet savings. Unfortunately, they don't do bank fees. 😔 Spectrum: “Complete Jan 3, 2022, 2:02 PM We saved you $960. Billshark kept $224 as they’ve applied a sweet $168 discount! Once your savings expire, Billshark will automatically renegotiate your bill to keep you at the lowest rate.” Also, check out their billshark rewards dot com. No links allowed. Bill shark CS reps were very responsive! We could say like 🦈! Haha Harvest, I'm willing to give you another chance assuming the gross lack of response is simply human error. Please reach out via email or phone. You pride yourself on your sophisticated AI algorithm. However, humans are the ones assisting your customers. Or not. 🙈

I used to speak soooo highly of this platform! They only charged you if they successfully got you a refund!!!!! NOW THEY CHARGE YOU $40 off the BAT TO GET STOLEN MONEY BACK YOU COULDN’T EVEN AFFORD TO LOOSE TO BEGIN WITH ANYWAY!!! AMD THEY TELL YOU IFF THE BAT WE MAY NOT RVEN BE ABLE TO YOU ANY MONEY. ABSOLUTE SHITAY SERVICE NOW! Went from an amazing company to an a wild untrustworthy establishment!!!! No wonder all the ratings are SOOOOO BAD NOW!!!

Don't join their premium program. I signed up after 3 successful negotiations thinking it would be beneficial, but AS SOON as I signed up for their "premium membership" they could no longer negotiate for me or get ANYTHING refunded. I signed up 3 months ago and it has been the BIGGEST waste of money. It's impossible to get in touch with a live person, they have very BARE minimum information available about their program. After emailing the rudest customer service agent and being told I just have to wait 30-60 days when every other negotiation took literally 10 minutes. It's been 90 days and I can tell you full heartedly their premium membership is a scam. My sister tried signing up with them and they won't even allow you to use their uses without upgrading to their useless premium account.

Such a scam. I made an account and paid $34. Received a confirmation email that my negotiation request was sent to my bank in October. Never heard anything again. So I tried to log into my account and it said my account was locked. Reached out to customer service and provided information they asked for. Then they stated they couldn’t find my account. What a waste of time and money! Don’t recommend.

Not only are Harvest's claims obviously too good to be true -- their supposed service could hardly be worse or more exploitative. If you want -- in exchange for full access to your bank accounts and significant upfront and after-the-fact fees -- blatantly incorrect, nonsensical, tonally inappropriate, and hardly readable messages to be sent to your bank, on your behalf, fraudulently purporting to have been written by you, then Harvest is the service for you. They tout their use of supposedly sophisticated AI -- well, you know what they say about AI -- garbage in, garbage out. The numerous messages they send -- and keep sending to your bank -- will sound entirely AI-generated (and not in a positive way). This product was not engineered by people who are working on your behalf. Expect to make matters much worse with your bank. Also, expect no ability to contact Harvest's 'customer service' team or end Harvest's oh-so-helpful 'service'. Unfortunately I paid for this product in hopes that it would help during a significant medical and financial crisis -- I'm not sure what I expected. Fish in a barrel, etc. You are the mark and they will harvest you. An addendum: it appears that their customer service is run by their 'sophisticated' AI too -- if you reach out expect to get exclusively nonsensical and/or form messages in response that literally don't address your questions or complaints (like the responses are on entirely different topics).
