EDITED never got my physical card
never got my physical card. didnt get the first one for a month so I asked for another one, also never got it. felt like a scam when I was signing up. Otherwise probably great for other people, but not for me EDIT: Thanks to Fizz for reminding me to update this. I did contact customer support and receive a new card, I've been using it since then and it has been great.

Hi Alice, can you please contact customer support so that we can remedy this for you? We strive for on-time card deliveries, and maintain a 99% on-time and accurate delivery rate. Sometimes though, shippers can have difficulty delivering cards to dorm addresses, which is why you get your Fizz card in Apple Pay and Google Wallet immediately. We'd love to help out with this issue!
