I concur with many other buyers; the product was ordered a month ago, and it even advertised that it would be shipped within several days, but little to no communication and it never arrived. I requested a refund and their response was to offer me a subscription to a fitness app... Still no refund was ever processed. I had to contact my personal bank. In my opinion its either a poorly run company or a fraudulent company.

Spent $500 on their home gym and still have not received the product 6 weeks later. It has not shipped, and they will not respond to a refund request. I’ve initiated a dispute. Stay away from them.

I never received the products. Ordered 2 months ago. Was given multiple reasons, for a delay. The response time for emails, is lacking. No updates provided naturally, I had to request communication, at all levels. Totally dissatisfied! The product seems like a great idea, but actual company practices , seems it needs an overhaul. Respectfully

Be carefull!!! Once you are a customer you can‘t stop the abo!! i cancelled my abo three monts ago and they are still charging!! 🤬 And they are not answering when you write to the support!!

They keep changing the estimated shipping time with the option of paying more to expedite the order. The website says 3-8 days to ship and I'm on week three. They've sent no updates I have to check their website and they just keep changing the estimate shipping date without telling me. I found the same equipment on Target under a slightly different name and had I ordered from them I would have had the gym by now. I'm incredibly disappointed. Most companies don't operate like this. There is no communication other than one email they sent me right after I ordered it. I paid in full. I'm glad I didn't set up payments and this might be more difficult to resolve.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to contact this company since Nov 27th and they will not respond to emails. The phone number provided will not work. I ordered my scale and still haven’t received it and now I’m getting ready to move.

Ordered over 2 months ago. Never received my order and only response I get is a generic response. I am trying to cancel my order, but no response, so now having to dispute charges with bank.

I placed an order for this product in August I still have not received it I get many automated responses when I ask about it and only a couple real human response saying that it’s on its way I’m waiting to hear if I can get a refund I believe his company is bogus
