This is a great App/tool to use to help you understand how to workout your body. As a previously obese man, I can tell you going to the gym and not knowing what to do is defeating, but with Fit, I feel like I have a plan and can go to gym/stay home and have a fantastic workout.

The app works great but I miss using the app on the computer. I think there is a lot very good programs

This app is easy to use with great programs from some of the best coaches in calisthenics. I’m starting project calisthenics by Simon Ata. The videos are of great quality and easy to follow.

The offered programs are great, and the app works well on iphone! The variety and quality of the programs are very good, really enjoyed the calisthenics programs. Excellent for workouts at home

Good Content

I was really happy to find workouts from some of my favorite athletes, and also a bunch of really good nutrition plans that I can use as a guide for making my first steps in changing the way I eat. Highly recommend it!

One of the best fitness app and versality in programs to choose. All access pass is a great option instead of individual subscription.
