I ordered mine between christmas and bew years so u i expected delays but still got approved on 28th and arrived on the 6th. Their end approved same day or next day and it was the pharmacy that took several days before it shipped. But once it did it was overnight delivery and received product cold with 2 bags on insulin type needle. Very Tiny and short needle so that was nice. Much smaller than my other sub q shots i take for other reasons. More than half their size actually. So over all easy process. No video call required unless needed for extra questions i think. So be thorough on application and like me you wont have to do anything else. I personally printed of a log i found online for the med i choose to keep track easily. Thats literally only thing it doesnt have. And i think i bought alcohol pads for $1.30 for 100. It cane with several if i remember right but i just bought extra
