Once shipped, the medication is packaged with insulated packaging and ice packs designed to help maintain product stability during transit. It is common for ice packs to arrive partially or fully thawed, especially during warmer weather, but the packaging is designed to protect the medication throughout the shipping process. Different pharmacies and formulations can result in vials appearing different in size, fill level, or concentration while still containing the prescribed total amount of medication. Because compounded medications may vary in concentration, the physical volume inside the vial does not always directly reflect the total milligrams dispensed. That said, we do understand why the visual difference raised concerns for you, especially given your prior experience with GLP-1 medications and injectable dosing. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing the tracking information, it does show that your package was delivered today. Sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive at the door, or they may place them in a secure location, parcel locker, mail room, or with a front office. We recommend checking around the delivery area and with anyone else at the address who may have accepted the package. Shipping conditions, medication stability, and product concerns should be reviewed based on the specific formulation and pharmacy guidance, which is why these situations are taken seriously when reported. Our pharmacy partners provide necessary supplies within the order including ice packs for medication stability. That standard process works for all 50 states. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Allegations that we “robbed” you are simply not accurate, and we take concerns regarding prescriptions, dosing, and customer interactions seriously. At Bliv, we sell by the vial with no membership fee or contract. That means that all of the medication you purchase comes at one time. The only "3 month options" available have very specific dosing guidelines associated with them. The 7.5mg starting dose does not include 3 months worth of treatment on the compounded tirzepatide. All prescriptions are issued through a clinical review process based on the information provided and provider approval, and vial concentration or dosing instructions can vary depending on formulation. If there was a misunderstanding or concern regarding what was prescribed versus what was expected, that deserves review. Because of this, we proactively placed a formulary update notice in the patient portal notifying patients that formulations, concentrations, and dosing instructions may change from prior fills. Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies operating under state and federal regulations, and all prescriptions are issued through a clinical review process.
