We’re sorry for the frustration regarding the syringes. Due to different dosing plans for each patient, our pharmacy partner includes 10 syringes as a courtesy with every order. If you need additional syringes, we recommend ordering them directly through our partner at Amazon Pharmacy to ensure you have exactly what you need. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we follow this process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like help with ordering more.

We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced with your order. It’s possible for the ice packs to melt during shipping, but this doesn’t affect the potency of the medication—as long as the vial itself wasn’t hot, your medication remains safe to use. The delay was due to the Quick Approval form not being completed at the time of purchase. Our process requires both the medication purchase and the completed form to move the order forward.
