When patients move to higher doses the same vial is used more quickly — which can make it feel like the “price went up,” even though the vial price stays the same. We do not change pricing based on dose — the duration changes based on how much medication your provider approves you to use. Regarding the portal and app, this is a newer system and we acknowledge it has had some growing pains.
