Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strongly disagree with the characterization of this situation as fraud. Our medication is sold by the vial, not by a guaranteed number of weeks. How long a vial lasts depends on the prescribed dose and individual usage. In your case, we thoroughly reviewed your concerns, escalated them to the pharmacy, and advocated on your behalf. The pharmacy conducted its own review and, as a one-time courtesy, approved a replacement vial despite having no other reports of underfilling associated with that batch. After the replacement was provided, the pharmacy again reviewed the case and determined that no additional replacements would be approved. We communicated that decision to you as soon as we received it. We understand that you are dissatisfied with the outcome, but we have made every effort to investigate your concerns and work with the pharmacy on your behalf. We wish you the best moving forward.
