I had a little concern in the beginning because I felt like I wasn’t being responded to as quickly as I had hoped but I think my guard was just up and they were just reviewing my case. I was responded to very promptly by email and even a phone call to assure me that things were progressing. Next thing you know my tirzepatide arrived and I scheduled a nurse call which was so very helpful and I also received a follow up email with helpful links. Just knowing that I can call or check in anytime is helpful. I’ll report back after a month or two with my results. Feeling pretty happy and confident though right now.
