Because prescription medications cannot be returned once processed by the pharmacy, refunds aren’t available. However, we absolutely want to help you move forward productively. Let’s get you scheduled with one of our nurses. They can review your current dose, timeline, appetite response, and overall plan to determine whether an adjustment or different approach would be beneficial. As your dose increases, the vial is used more quickly, so it may last fewer weeks compared to when you were on a lower starting dose. Thank you for your feedback, and congratulations on losing 4 lbs in your first week — that’s a great start! We also wanted to clarify the email notifications you were receiving. It appears that two separate purchases were accidentally made using two different email addresses, which caused the system to continue sending signup reminders on the duplicate account. This has now been fully resolved, and the duplicate payment has been refunded. You should no longer receive those notifications moving forward.
