Our pharmacy partner is responsible for compounding, filling, and fulfilling all medication orders. We did send your concern to them on your behalf, and they confirmed that you received all of the medication that was dispensed with your prescription. We understand this can feel frustrating. To clarify, we currently offer one vial size and sell by the vial, not by the month. How long a vial lasts depends on your prescribed dose, so higher doses use the medication more quickly. The price per vial remains the same, but duration can vary with dosing. We also offer ongoing support, including email assistance and complimentary nurse calls for dosing guidance and reorders. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we understand why this felt frustrating, and we’re sorry the expectations around dosing and options weren’t as clear as they should have been. To clarify, dosing instructions are intentionally and descriptively written on the vial label, along with additional instruction. If you're unsure what your supposed to be doing for your weekly dose, we strongly encourage connecting with our complimentary nurse support, who can walk through syringe units, dosing amounts, and ensure you’re using the medication correctly and confidently. We also want to be transparent that our program currently offers injectable GLP-1 medications only, and medication is dispensed by the vial, not as a trial or monthly subscription. Once an order is processed through the pharmacy, we’re unable to switch formulations or partially cancel a vial. We would love the opportunity to clear up the confusion you may have.
