Just had my follow up call with my assigned nurse educator, Stephanie Davis. I'm on week #7 with Bliv and can't say enough great things about the company, the product, and the support. I had an issue with using Care Credit when signing up. 1 phone call to a human in the US (!) and it was fixed immediately. The pharmacy formulation was explained and my questions about additives (there weren't any) were answered clearly without gatekeeping or deflection tactics. My nurse educator, Stephanie, made sure I understood how to use my Tirzepatide, what to expect, how to change my eating and sent meal plans and recipes to support my journey. I don't feel like I'm just another number. If I have questions or concerns I can reach someone via phone or email and get a response quickly. Highly recommend Bliv and Stephanie Davis!
