Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies that dispense medication based on total prescribed milligrams, not the visual fill level of the vial. Because concentrations can vary, a vial may appear to have less liquid while still containing the full prescribed amount. That said, if your prescription or dosing instructions don’t match what you expected, that needs to be reviewed directly. Thank you for your feedback — we understand your concern. Your recent vial is more concentrated, which is why the number of units per injection is lower. Even though it looks different, the overall amount of medication and duration should remain consistent with your prescribed dosing.
