Be very careful when buying from this company. They prescribed the lower dose of tirzeptide after I had already been taking semiglutide the highest dose. I asked for the higher dose because I knew I would need it. They still prescribed the lower dose and I only have enough in my vile for three months. Now that I’ve had to take a higher dose I’m gonna run out sooner. This is perfect for them because now I’m going to need to order my next three months a lot sooner. So more money for them. I tried to let them know after I spoke to the nurse and she told me to let them know that she suggested that I’d be on the higher dose and what can they do and they told me they could do nothing. This is not good customer service. I even asked if maybe they could give me a discount on my next three months and they said no. Well, of course they couldn’t. Why would they wanna give me a discount. Company should do the right thing when they make a mistake. I should’ve been prescribed the higher doses since I was already taking the highest dose on another medicine. They’re all about the money. I would be very careful about ordering from them.

Criminals. Took my money and didn’t send me anything and now you can only get responses from AI bots. No humans and no refunds.

Terrible customer service, sent in current prescription, got an increased price from what they advertised as starter pack. Questioned to make sure I was getting the correct higher dose I was already on with another provider and they confirmed. They shipped a starter pack and will not respond to emails with anything except copied and pasted verbiage. I paid for 3 months and got less than 1!!!

I wish I had found real reviews before giving this company my money. They are clearly a tech company trying to scam people through selling fake compounded medication's. Their entire system is based off of AI. You can never ever speak to a real human. They supposedly have "nurses" but mysteriously every time you request an appointment, if there's one available, it always gets canceled. They take weeks to get your "medication" to you or even respond to you after they take your money. And then they send you absolutely fake medication. I am surrendering the remaining contents of my compounded tirzepitide to the FDA for further investigation. And plan to start a class action lawsuit. I don't know what I've been putting in my body, but it is not the medication. I have taken the exact same medication from two other vendors and it worked perfectly. I made the mistake of switching to bliv because they offered the option to pay through Afterpay, which was much easier on my budget. When I realized the medication wasn't working, I immediately, and frequently reached out to the company. They offered zero support at best, I would get AI generated emails with basic instructions on how to maximize the benefits of the medication… Clearly my emails were not being read by a human. I demanded to speak to someone for weeks and just got the runaround before I finally reached out to the FDA. Upon further research, I have also discovered they have multiple complaints on the BBB in various states. More people just need to speak out and hopefully we can put a stop to their scamming. God only knows what they are putting in these vials, but those of us can't go through a primary care doctor because we don't have insurance, compounded GLP1s Are the only option which makes us prey for these predatory companies

RUN! If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are the absolute worst company to deal with. The communication is horrible, or rather, nonexistent. It took 3 weeks to receive my prescription, and I received no guidance on how to use it. As a result, I ended up taking a two-month supply in just one month, and now I understand why I felt so terrible! I've had GREAT experiences with Eden and VitaStir in the past, so I will be returning to them. The savings just aren't worth staying with BLIV.

Horrible customer service. Robotic emails with no resolution. I paid over a month ago. I still have not received products. There is ZERO phone support no matter when you call. You will NEVER speak to a live person. It is mindless, circling emails. There are so many companies pick anyone else...
