Inside your package, there should be a pamphlet explaining the Beyond Use Date (BUD) and USP guidelines. It outlines that the BUD can be safely extended up to 300 days when the medication is stored properly in the refrigerator. We strictly follow all clinical and compounding guidelines when prescribing and instructing patients on how to use their GLP-1 medication. Additionally, here is an excerpt from ProRx, LLC, the licensed 503A pharmacy that compounds your medication: “Working with an independent FDA-registered laboratory, ProRx confirmed that both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide maintain appearance, pH, and potency for up to 120 days at room temperature and up to 240 days when refrigerated at 2–8°C. Each vial is labeled with an extended Beyond-Use-Date to reflect this verified stability. We’d like to clarify that this review is not accurate. Our team has been in consistent communication with you from the beginning to help resolve your concerns. The discount mentioned was offered only in the event that the pharmacy could not cancel an accidental order that was submitted without a corresponding payment. Once we were able to successfully cancel that order with our pharmacy partner—and you later requested to switch medications—the discount was no longer applicable. The issue occurred because a form was submitted from an old approval email without placing a new order. We take customer communication and transparency very seriously and worked diligently to explain each step and ensure you received accurate information throughout the process.
