Took forever to process
It took them 4 days to process the order and another two days to let me know one of the item is not available. When I wanted to cancel the order and email them, it took another two days for them to reply. I ended up paying £12 for shipping for just one item to Hong Kong.

Es handelt sich um ein Firmenoutlet das von John Smedley selbst betrieben wird, die Firma stellt Strickware im oberen Preissegment her, ich habe dort vor genau einer Woche eine Bestellung aufgegeben,seitdem ist ausser einer Bestelbestätigung nichts passiert,keine Antwort,keine Reaktion auf meine Emails,zwecks Storno,bzw. Rückzahlung ! ich werde es jetzt über den Kreditkartenanbieter versuchen, wirklich traurig!
