Joe Feinstein's Embody TrainingReviews of joefeinstein.com

Great instructor, knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done to teach you how to help your child! 100% recommended

Doing the Embody Training with Joseph has absolutely changed my life. I breathe better, which has helped me manage my anxiety (instead of my anxiety controlling me). Simply learning how to breathe and slow down my own physical actions has also relaxed my hyperactive, restless mind. I’ve become more patient with my children. My thinking is clearer. My post nasal drop has greatly improved. My quality of life is fantastic, and I owe it all to Joseph and his one-of-a-kind training. That’s not an understatement. This work is amazing. It helps me if I injure myself. I recently moved homes and pulled a rib packing. I injured my hip. I threw out my back. Working through these gentle lessons helped me greatly lesson the initial pain of the injury. On the day I did the Embody training lessons, my pain would become less general in my body, more focused to the actual area of injury. By the morning, the pain had nearly disappeared and my movement was more smooth. Continuing to do the work and the Training helped my muscles and body move even more smoothly again, in a coordinated way. I didn’t have the stiffness or clunky, uncoordinated movements that I have experienced in the past after an injury, nor did I feel I needed to inhibit my movement to protect my injured body. I healed quickly, fully and I am feeling more than 100% again thanks to this work. It’s amazing stuff. It’s easy. My children could do this work. My 90 year old grandfather could do this work. You’ve got to try it and experience this to really see the cascade of benefits it will bring you. I was so shocked at the myriad of ways the Embody Training has improved my life and allowed me to get to where I want to be. I can move around well with my children. I’m also a better mother. A better wife. And a much stronger, clearer thinker for my family when I do Joseph’s work regularly. I initially came to him looking for help with my sciatica pain. When we met for my first lesson, my back pain was so awful I couldn’t step off a curb without wincing in pain. The physical therapist I went to (who was also an orthopedic specialist in LA) said that I might need surgery or have scoliosis. Well Joe took one look at how I moved and said we could work on it. It took three lessons. 3. Lessons. I moved so wonderfully after that. I’ve been doing this work ever since. Each time I do it, I get more benefit. I feel, truly, like this work has made me a better person. I’ve come so far in this work and there is still so much more of myself to discover. My body and my mind are connected. When you fix one, the other will improve as well. I really can’t thank him enough. Everyone needs to experience this. If you’re reading this review, do this today. It will be the best decision of your life, I promise.
