Ashley Kay is amazing! Ashley was so supportive and truly cared, with Ashley’s help and guidance I was able to obtain a job. I spent almost a year trying to find a job and after Ashley’s help I was able to obtain a job in less than a month!! She truly is amazing and so genuine and caring! I can’t say enough great things about her and her services!!

Ashley was a delight to collaborate with and completed the task promptly. She understood my requirements perfectly for my cover letter. Appreciate it.

Ashley Kay and the Jobz Mall team were extremely helpful in reviewing and revamping my resume. Ashley asked very insightful and poignant questions about my job search goals and experience. The new resume is by far the best I've ever had. It powerfully reflects my skills, experience, and achievements. Reading it over it has helped me contexualize them and strengthen the language I use to discuss them.

I cannot say enough about the quality of my new resume done by JobZmail. It was without a doubt the best 99 bucks I have spent in a long time. I will be applying for jobs with a ton more confidence now!!

Highlighting all the important bits, while prettying up all the rest.

I had ordered the premium package resume service, and I was amazed at how fast Ashley (Lead Resume Specialist) got back to me regarding the service. Ashley was thorough with asking me questions, which really brought my resume to life, highlighting my skills for my interested field. This was important to me because I did not want a generic, lifeless, cold resume. My resume has never looked better, but more importantly, because of my experience in customer service, it was extremely pleasant knowing my resume was in the hands of someone who cared and took pride in their work.

I worked with Ashley , she was unequivocally and indisputably amazing ! She was attentive , caring , professional and worked with urgency. She truly made me feel as if I was the most important person to have ever asked for help with a resume. Great Value !

Ashley provided me with an amazing cover letter and resume. RESULTS: I was able to get into 4-5 concurrent interview pipelines using her cover letter and resume, ultimately increasing my value to each company. Usually I get interviews from two companies, max. I ended up getting an offer that was DOUBLE my previous salary (and then some including bonus). I believe this, in major part, was due to the great first impression the resume and cover letter left on the company. Ashley's customer service was also exceptional, answering all my minor questions in great detail, making the process super easy. She is a great person to work with. Highly recommended - she WILL write you a winning resume and cover letter.
