Eleanor and the JobStep team did an amazing job curating a resume and cover letter. I appreciated how well they translated my experiences to fit the role I was looking for and helped me gain more confidence after a 1:1 coaching session! Another great thing about JobStep is their free course that guides you through the interview process, webinars to help you succeed, email templates, and the constant reminder that they are here to support you! I highly recommend JobStep to anyone struggling to break into Tech and needs a little support.

The professional at Jobstep are awesome. The resume and cover letter revamp are superb NY themselves. They really hit up and open up avenues of job opportunities I would have not known existed. I got number of interviews through them, and my interview assessment was also an eye opener. Jobstep is great! The team was very easy to work with and super on top of communications about the process. I ended up getting 24 interviews with them! It's such a relief to be able to focus on studying for these interviews and juggling my day job instead of worrying about trying to keep up with applying for more jobs. Having more interviews at once took the pressure off a single interview having to go well and made me feel like I really had options to find the best fit for me.

I cannot sing the praises of JobStep enough! The staff helped to build my confidence and ease my fears of the job-search experience, and that was only the start of the process. Building your resume and cover letter? Incredible. Interview prep? Invaluable! And then they go the extra mile to actually find the jobs and apply for you. All of the staff genuinely seem like great people, and I love that they're trying to "level the playing field" with companies' bountiful resources. Shortly before finding JobStep, I was half-joking with friends that I would pay them to apply for jobs for me. I was honestly getting burnt out trying to work a less-than-desirable job while also doing everything necessary to find a new job (searching, applying, updating my resume, networking, etc. etc. etc...) I've been so happy to find this service and literally keep recommending people to try it out. Maybe this is starting to sound like an infomercial, but I mean every word of it. :)

Great team, innovative service, and super efficient at getting me interviews! One of the best parts was having a reliable resource for any and all hiring/interview questions. Would highly recommend, it takes so much stress and tedium out of the job hunt!
