Jobstep was an amazing resource for me in my job search. They revamped my resume, provided interview coaching, and helped me frame my experience in a way that would be more marketable to employers. I have never been a very good interviewer, but the amount of interviews Jobstep helped me land gave me a lot of practice, and I now feel much more comfortable speaking about my experience and accomplishments. I would recommend Jobstep to anyone who finds the job search and application process difficult, they will save you lots of time and stress!

Great service! I have many responsibilities to handle and JobStep made finding opportunities 10x easier. Most of the service is quite automated, the team will notify you to review jobs or if you got any interviews and help along the way. Def will be using in the future !

My experience with Jobstep was 5/5. The entire team was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Special shoutout to Eleanor and Joy for being my main points of contact/career coaches, and for helping me craft a better representation of myself professionally! Having sessions where I was able to talk about myself/experience and then getting their valuable feedback along with a Resume that reflected that was super useful. Aside from that, having applications sent out twice a week based on my areas of interest led to a bunch of interviews (8 I think) over a period of 6 weeks. A few of those initial interviews have gone on to subsequent rounds. Jobstep was an amazing experience for me, and if I need to navigate the job market anytime in the future, I will be sure to use Jobstep's help. I've gained more confidence in myself and abilities and I am glad I was able to be a part of the Jobstep experience!

It's not just the interviews - my coaching session prepared me for the interviews AND helped me recall some awesome past accomplishments that I had not included in my resume.
