I should have just went with quality first. Jobsolv landed me 2 offers, and I used them to secure a job paying $27k more! Though I tried every automated job search tool out there, even tried to build one myself, I learned they don't really work and they can risk your Linkedin account getting banned for bot activities. I wasted time and money on a popular bot that broke every time I ran it and felt like a full-time job to manage the bot's mistakes. Mass applying doesn't work but customizing each resume for each job does. But who has time for that?
