The staff we very helpful and prompt in their responses. The system itself though initially overwhelming is very easy to grasp and customize once you understand it allows for a great deal of automation and ways to make it work for you. Great staff and integrations allow for a very adaptable and comprehensive system.

Customer Service is great. Lara helps a lot. Job Nimbus is slow in some ways and that is beyond the customer service control. Trying to sync with Quickbooks is just tedious, it would be nice to be able to hide the sync errors that I will never fix, because they are old, crummy, and outdated. Much like Grandmas wardrobe.
