Very helpful

This is where we can let our "hair down" and express ourselves. The pains and in's and out's of these positions that are supposed to be on the " up and up." when they are really set to bring you to failure not to achievement: Moral and motivation lacking or structure inconsistency. Leaving some of us in despair and leaving our self-esteem behind. We need money to live and keep our bills paid with having a place to live..... We need work-balance positions so we can assist our families and workplace as well. We need growth, recognition, and most of all we need communication and understanding of our cultures. We need Jobcase as our sounding board where we can be seen and heard! We can receive advice, job posts, and a community of REAL people.
