I contacted another unlock company first, (iPhone-unlockme.com) my Mistake. They took my money and did nothing. I e-mailed them many times, only to receive stock response e-mails. Even the ones with a link to check the progress of my unlock process, only led me to the same page where I started the process. When I ordered my unlock, I was told my "Factory Unlock" would be done in 10-25 days. As it was out of there control, because Apple would be handling the unlock. After waiting the 25 days, and much frustration, I contacted JM Unlocks. My iPhone was unlocked in one hour. Thank God there are still Honest People, That do what they say they will do!

They took my order via PayPal (I'm in China, so payment issues can be a problem). Unlock was amazingly simple and worked the first time. I'm definitely recommending to my friends here.

These guys are great. At first mine did not work, and they worked with me until it did. I am thoroughly satisfied with them, and will come back whenever I need another unlock. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Unfortunately they were not able to unlock my phone from Puerto Rico, but they did give me a full refund!!! They are quick to send out emails and are very good about customer service, I will definitely come strait back to them for any iPhone unlock I may have in the future.

i searched the internet for a company like this. they did all even with at&t server problems and unlocked my iphone fast as they promised. i made the order yesterday, and today my iphone is unlocked. thank you very much

I must admit in this day an age in the tech era, finding a trustworthy site isn't that easy. I was looking to unlock my iPhone 5 to sell it for the Galaxy S4 and I checked a bunch of websites before I landed here at jmunlocks. It's very straight-foward. Select your carrier and the amount of time you'd like to wait for the unlock (I chose 1-12 hours and my phone was unlocked in 4 hours on a Sunday!) I picked up a T-Mobile sim just to make sure it worked and sure enough it did. Thank you for your services and I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know!!!
