The person answering the call suggested an equally good alternat part as the GE part was no longer available in market. Then he took the order and including delivery was efficient and prompt.

I placed an order online after speaking with TJ to make sure it was in stock and would ship soon. TJ worked with me to confirm stock and shipping

Lucas was incredibly helpful to me and made sure I got the right product. I initially contact them because I couldn't find a replacement for something I currently had. Lucas informed me that product was no longer available and quickly found me 3 alternatives that suited my needs! Very appreciative of his help and to JMAC for this great experience!

Great customer service. Very professional.

Always on time. Never a "shipping issue " excuse

Upon finding out the part I needed was unavailable, I received an voice mail notifying me of the situation. In calling the return number in the VM, I spoke with Lucas. He was able to order the part from a Partner company for delivery next week. This preserves the time critical schedule that we are under. Cant wait to have the part in hand. Thanks again Lucas

I received excellent service. It was over and above what most companies do.
