My ear buds died after one year - I left a friendly review on the Jlab web site and got an instant response expressing their sadness and promising a quick replacement. This was all achieved successfully in a couple of days - and might I say - with a degree of good humour and kindness! Fabulous customer service. Thank you Steve and the team.

Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal, mich für die Bluetooth On-Ear Kopfhörer (mit EQ) dieser Firma entschieden, da ich mit dem Preis, Leistung und dem Design zufrieden war. Als vor einigen Tagen der Aufladestöpsel am Kopfhörer nicht mehr funktionierte, wurde der Kontakt zum Kundenservice von Jlab in den USA hergestellt. Diese waren sehr schnell und Hilfsbereit. Das gleiche Produkt (Neuware) wurde mir Kostenfrei aus den USA nach Deutschland in nur kurzer Zeit zugesandt. Daher kann ich nicht nur den Klang der Kopfhörer als auch den Kundenservice sehr empfehlen.

I won't focus this review on the exceptional balance quality- price that Jlab offers through their product, but after I contact them with a query I really feel that I received some of the best customer service i got in years, i dealt with Steve that was polite, quick, friendly and ever-so-helpful. Kudos to a company that keep their customers in such high consideration.

I have purchased several products from ear buds I use for the gym to the work headsets they offer. I have never had an issue before until recently. One of my work headsets was having some issues. I reached out to file a claim under warranty and they made the process seamless, VERY fast, and VERY easy (I started and finished the process in less than a couple of hours). They completely covered a new set and I had it delivered in less than a week. Top notch.

Absolutely amazing . So glad I didn't go for a much more pricey brand . Super easy to use and charge . I listen to endless audio books and it says they last 32+ hours ,I can tell you mine last longer !!!!

Highly recommended, I purchased a set of earpods, lost them bought another they lasted 2 months, then they would not pair. I contacted jlab and considering I'm based in the UK they delivered a replacement from the USA. Customer service at it's best
