So, it appears the local USPS is the issue. JK got the issue resolved, and somehow my package went from never leaving to California to my doorstep in 24 hours. All my issues were caused by blatant misinformation out of the USPS. I'm sorry for my earlier poor review, and appreciate JK's customer service team (SE and CM are who I spoke with) for helping. IGNORE EVERYTHING BELOW THIS LINE XXX - XXX - XXX -XXX -XXX My first order with JK Distro went extremely well; it arrived quickly, shipped out rapidly, and even came with a small free sample on the side just to be nice. My second order? I paid for expedited shipping, same as the first; it's been in processing at the post office for the last 48 hours, and given the previous reviews I've read thus far, I'm likely never going to see that item. I requested a refund for the expedited shipping from their CS team, but was parroted automated babble and copy-paste scripts about how the Post Office needs to refund me (that's not how USPS works, I work in e-commerce logistics and USPS just directs customers back to the shipper). As a customer with two large orders whose volume was tapering up into wholesale amounts as I tested the viability of the product, I'm disappointed and highly reconsidering spending further money with this company. A credit card dispute will be forthcoming if I am not given some indication of refund for the expedited shipping immediately. Thank you.
