Jk really does deliver on customer service front. Never have I had a issue with short or lost product. Everything has been well worth the cost I have paid doubled. Today they reached out to my surprise to confirm some info on my order. I am at my mother's now and needed it shipped to different billing/shippkng. Then didn't remember the change until after submitted. I emailed support and they held order for me until could do some additional verification to insure looking out for my safetot as customer. Within hr or updating them got email confirming hold has been removed. Here's to hoping can get it in 2 days like have last 3... Can't go wrong really with these guys
