Cannot express enough how happy I am with JK on every level possible. Over the last 6-8 months, I have watched these folks (as a paying customer) iterate through every package/offering imaginable in terms of what you get and how you get it and then carefully refine their offering to give people exactly what they want. It's brand new territory in so many ways, gotta figure it out somehow. Y'all are awesome. I've done marketing and product development for years and in addition to the awesome experience (es) I've had as a customer/#1 fan, it's also been really cool to watch this all evolve. Especially from an intrigued customer's POV who benefits directly every time the process or offering gets upgraded! And let me just say, the benefits have been awesome. The variety couldn't be touched by some of the larger dispensary chains in the country. If we were hypothetically comparing legal hemp products to traditional dispensary products that is. Its enough that I'm sure for some could be slightly overwhelming. So if I'm wearing my product hat, thats maybe the constructive feedback. But if I'm wearing my Saturday hat, I'm a kid in a candy shop with the variety and I will eventually collect them all. Fast shipping, great packaging, tons of shipping options including free, insane variety in both product type and flavor, the coolest shwag you'll get this millennium... Every detail down to the hand written QC initials and thank you note. An awesome personal touch in a world that can't seem to quite grasp just the "person" part of that phrase at times.
