I purchased a vehicle from the auction lot that was labeled as "runs and drives". Once I received the car it would not accelerate or drive at all. The car had a completely faulty transmission. I was promised a full refund if I returned the car. After over $1,500 in diagnostics, registration, insurance, and towing fees on top of the money I paid for the vehicle I heard absolutely nothing from them. I returned the car and title as requested and then they went MIA. I feel like they lured me into returning the item and the signed title without any intention of the refund. They also go days without any type of response. The only time they are responsive is when you are sending them money. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. They lie on the auction listing as well as lie to your face when they promise to remedy a situation.
