Jive phone services are off the hook, for real. The customer service is top of the line, all-star, award winning, like no other. Jive is setting a new industry standard in VoIP service. Thank you for making our digital communications, and the process behind the scenes, accurate, efficient, personalized, and functionally flexible.

We love our Jive service!!! My only 1 complaint is sometimes the wait for customer service is a little long. Keep up the good work!

Jive is always very responsive to our questions and their customer service is always provided in a friendly and professional manner. When I do not understand an issue, they are always patient and will stick with me until I do understand.

Jive is super easy to use and the customer support is very helpful. Overall I would recommend taking advantage of Jive Communication onboarding demonstration that was performed by a live agent who can answer any questions that you may have.

Great company from the beginning of our relationship! Always there for me. Solves my problem for a start up call center and has given me the confidence that Jive is there to walk me through technical setups. A+ Service! Would and do recommend to others!

Jive has been a great asset to Washington County Emergency Management for conference calls with the State and local partners. We highly recommend their service. They are always courteous and quick when there's been an issue to see it's resolved in a timely manner.
