I always get wonderful customer service with a great phone service. I have never had any issues with Jive and when I need assistance they are beyond helpful!

Though we got disconnected due to no fault of his own, Luis made sure that he saw this issue through to the end. Professional and knowledgeable at all time, he showed me that he was concerned about our issue and too ownership of it. This is what customer support is supposed to be.
