From day one I have been appreciative of the efforts of all the people I have interacted with at jive.com. Everyone "goes the extra mile" regarding whatever your issue is about. Each person that you as the customer interacts with whether it is the front line staff who answers the telephone or the technical or billing staff support and sales representatives all work to make your experience with them the most pleasant and rewarding. Having been in this industry for many years I continue to find jive.com's customer service to be unique and authentic. As an Outbound Business Development person, I offer my jive.com softphone service to new prospective clients within my contract and am happy to talk about my positive experiences with jive.com. Recently I have had several who were surprised to hear about the jive.com service offerings and hope they will follow up to find out how truly wonderful this company is.

Since becoming an FSP I must say I have nothing negative to say. I have particularly enjoyed working with Eddie Maldonado who has been an absolute rockstar as we have got on the platform. His team including Jordan Bascom have always been there for us no matter what we need. This is the service we aim to deliver to our customers and it is nice to work with a vendor who has the same values

Its only been a short time but so far the customer service has been great and the system has worked flawlessly. I hope to be adding another line soon

Technical support is very good, questions generally resolved the first time. Representatives follow up to make sure issue has been resolved.
