This is a great phone service for my small business. I love the integration of VOIP with smart phone apps. The Jive Desktop continues to improve. I look forward to better integration with Microsoft Outlook for click & dial. My number one favorite feature of my Jive account is the ability to send and receive business texts from the office phone number. I am a lawyer and have a lot of people coming to my office every day. Almost always, they ask us to "text me the address." Think about it -- the entire enterprise can send and receive text messages from the same phone number that the customer calls. Best of all, customers do not need to know individual employees' cell phone numbers. One integrated office number that is also used for sending and receiving text messages, whether from a desktop computer or a smart phone app -- what could be better? Adding MMS capability to business texting...
