Jive is a great service. Quick response when submitting bugs. Quick service with resolving said bugs. Works great on all of my iOS devices, with a very easy to use PBX Panel.

Jive has the best customer service period. Phones are awesome and reliable.

There are no complaints with plugging in the phones and getting to work. I have not had any dropped calls and the sound quality if good.

We love Jive Communications. it has allowed us to work from remote locations seamlessly. I also love all the features! Being able to listen to receive voicemails thru email has been is so efficient.

After quickly outgrowing a more limited feature competitor we made the switch to Jive and have been super impressed from day one. The sales team was great but the rock stars are the support group they helped us configure a pesky router and walked us through the PBX setup step by step. Our only regret was not initially selecting Jive!

Moving to Jive has been a great experience. The company has been easy to work with. The support and implementation team were great to work with. They were skilled and knowledgeable and very flexible with the system. As an example, I used the Yealink 41p phones and it does not allow for "directory sync". In a few days, they developed a solution to resolve my issue with the phone. I would highly recommend JIve to any customer seeking a solid telephony company.
