Jive is extremely easy to work with and has a great product. I have worked with many VoIP and hosted PBX providers and I find their management interface and portal to be the best. They offer great help to prospects and are consultative and helpful in selecting the right services. Their onboarding team is professional and very helpful. Once you're up and running, their support team is excellent. I would highly recommend Jive as solution.

I think the strength of Jive aside from the powerful communication platform they provide is their customer service. Everything is easy to set up and you have a lot of resources for self service. In case you can't handle it by yourself, they are very accessible and are easy to get a hold of.

Jive made the transition from a traditional wired phone service to voip a breeze. Support services are robust with expert help in configuring the hardware to creating a dial plan. I have reconfigured the dial plan myself, but Jive support is always a better option. Jive also has a great feature that integrates with Redtail, a CRM for financial advisors. Notes for incoming calls that brings up the clients automatically helps document communications. Compliance loves seeing documentation and Jive helps make this less painful. Accurate dialing by hovering makes error free contact to my clients in Redtail. Lastly, the price is right for my small practice, but clients and prospects will never know that, because their experience matches the institutions who are competing for the relationship.

I have two locations. It is nice that the phones can be configured to ring in both locations, as well as on my cell phone. Very easy to update schedules and call flows.

My company has 170 office which I am one. We were all using a different system when I made the change to Jive over two years ago. When I did, my franchisor made me the test case. Since then my franchisor finally believes that Jive was less expensive, offered more functions at no cost and had much better customer service. After about a year many other franchise offices, as well as the franchisor, have switched and are very happy they did. It is only a matter of time before all offices are using Jive. Jive has supported me well for the many years I have been on the system. No system is perfect and we both work together to resolve all issues.
