Jive has always been very helpful, courteous, and the reps spend as much time with me as needed for any issue that may arise even when that issue is our and not a Jive issue.

Jive consistently gets the job done

Jive has a very user friendly administrative portal! I typically use the Live Chat for any questions and get quick and helpful answers. I have also used the customer care number and they have been very helpful and friendly as well.

I have been using jive for past one year to now . I like the phone service and there customers are so profesional when you need help .

We at O2G have been using Jive Communications for over 2 years. I have NEVER dealt with a better customer service team than I have had with the Jive Communications Team. The times I have had questions or needed technical assistance and/or help in setting something up with my phone system to suit the company requirements, they have communicated with me almost immediately and explained what I needed to know if a most efficient and in layman's terms, so that I fully understand what I need to do. If requested, they even take it upon themselves to walk me through the process or do it themselves. The team has patience and knowledge and has expertise in their field. I would highly recommend Jive Communications!!!
