We've have had a couple weird issues, like the phones ringing but none of the extensions could pickup, and lines blinking on hold but the line couldn't be picked up. Also, sometimes more than one caller are on a single line, making it difficult to pick up the call you want. Better than Ring Central, and waaay better than Vonage.

Jive is USEFUL however it does crash on me in the middle of calls and lags while on a call! I do enjoy using JIVE though and would recommend it to business owners with alot of marketing and advertising calls, When they get all the BUGS out.

Thank goodness Jive tutorials are easy to use and easy to understand. Jive tech support is not very good. When I have had issues Jive tech support representatives were hard to communicate with and did not seem very interested in a resolution to the issue I was presenting them with. In the days after I called they spammed me with follow up emails (in effort to get their ticket closed) when they did nothing to help me in the first place. Also it took 2 or 3 attempts to schedule a training session. No call, no show on Jives part. Once we finally were able to get the session going it was a great help.

I'm very happy with the customer service. The individuals handling my case have been attentive and keep in good contact with me. However the call forwarding has been a persistent and intermittent problem over the past year. It appears to have been fixed.
