Nothing but great service. I had a situation after the hurricane this year and called jive and they forwarded all my calls to my cell because I had no internet for 2 weeks. Thanks jive!

Customer service has always been a five star rating. Whenever we have had to reach them, it's a very short wait, and we always get someone who is anxious to help and if they can't solve our problem or know the answer will find someone else who can. We've been a customer for almost 5 years, and are pleased with the savings we have had once we moved over to Jive.
