Jiraaf is the shittiest platform on the planet. After uploading all docs like adhar, pan and every goddamn personal detail when you book an fd, the platform takes all the money (i lost rs 90000 and don’t know where it is) and then it says you have to do video kyc and it fails for their stupid platform issues. Why should they tell customer after the money is debited from customer account. Customer is scammed and trapped. If i had known this I would book fd with my hdfc or icici bank.I don’t have time or energy to do this shit bureaucracy for this crazy platform for a mere 0.5/0.75% extra return. This platform is useless, it traps customers and it is running a scam to increase customers with fake positive reviews and customer service is so horrible that no one responds on emails or whatsapp after they take your money. Stay away from this scam company. Save your hard earned money and time.
