Worst services and support. I tried to send money from UAE. At first they asked to deposit money in jinglepay wallet. Once I deposited by card, the amount has been deducted but not effected in their wallet. I contacted their support by chat and email. Their chat system is totally worst and received automated msg only "Thank you for contacting JinglePay.Mennatullah speaking. How may I assist you today?" "Sorry for facing this issue, please send us your request to the email support email". No messages read by them.
