Dr. Jim Stoppani is a global rarity in the fitness world—not many can claim both an academic background in exercise physiology and decades of hands-on bodybuilding experience. That unique combination really comes through in the programs and advice he shares across his platforms. He’s been my go-to authority for all things fitness.

Jim catches hate for no reason. I'm living proof he knows what he's doing. One lost 110 pounds by following his programs and teachings. There are no short cuts. Just hard work, determination and knowledge.

the site is great, making improvements all the time and the customer support is top-notch. The nice thing is every workout was not just written it was given to people to test and then Dr. Stoppani took that feedback and made the workouts better. I've been a member for 2 years and except for the yearly challenges I've not repeated a workout.
